REMEDY
Remedy is a South Korean underground hip-hop musician. We have collaborated in many different projects together, such as creating an official music video and digital album covers.

“HEFFY”
An alternative spelling for ‘happy.’ Work process began by figuring out the small things that makes Remedy happy, such as listening to music, the color blue-green, cupcakes, ice cream and etc. We then chose the pastel tone and the ending results were such.

“ㅈㅂㅇ (feat. Chedda)”
First official digital single released by Remedy, The title of the song were the initials of an actress that he liked, and the emotions he felt as he saw her on a Korean TV show.

“뚜비두밥”
After one year of musical break, Remedy contacted saying that he has been preparing his 2nd digital single album. He emphasized on the image of sunset and being with a loved person. I translated those requests into an image which shows the feeling of wanting to be with someone at all times instead of sticking to a specific time frame.

This time Remedy wished to incorporate flowers in this drawing. He chose tulip and statice which symbolize eternal love.

The artist requested a straightforward tracing illustration of him proposing to his fiancé. The sky background was incorporated to connect with his previous digital single, ‘Day & Night.’

1st EP
“Remedy in Atto”
One of the dual titles of the EP, my favorite song, is 힘이 되어줘 (You’re Always There for Me), and thus I chose to draw Atto (the fiancé) trying to be with Remedy in his worse and best times which is represented by clouds covering whatever is on the ground.
